Operation: Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the Black Hills Rod Run. Open Headers and unnecessary tire spin, or any other reasons an entrant or their vehicle, appearance, or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management, entrant and their vehicle will be subject to eviction from the premises. Any poor behavior off the grounds will be reason for denying admittance of vehicle and entrants to grounds. This reservation includes but is not limited to person, things, conduct, print matter, or any other objectionable act in the case of eviction or restriction. The Counts of the Cobblestone Car Club, Inc. is not liable for refunding entry fees.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and spectators by execution of the entry form, release and discharge Counts of the Cobblestone Car Club, Inc., the State of South Dakota, City of Black Hawk, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and servants and anyone else connected with the management and presentation of the Black Hills Rod Run or other Counts of the Cobblestone, Inc. activity, from any and all know or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and bodies or from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or participants assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direction or control of entrant.
